Breath work during pandemic for a sense of calm & grounding
In these uncertain times, one of the few things we can come back to and rely on as we navigate these new waters is our breath. Our breath is our life force during our time on this Earth and in the face of uncertainty it is one tool at our disposal that we can come back to time and time again.
In this video you will find directions for utilizing 4-part breath to bring in a sense of clam, tether us to the present and help us remain grounded. It is so common for us to get too far ahead with our thoughts and to draw on negative feeling conclusions. As we learn more about the situations we are facing, we will become better equipped moving forward. If we can remain calm in our body and relaxed in our thoughts, we will be more receptive to that sense of well-being to do what needs to be done to keep moving forward. This is true throughout life but certainly pertinent in times of struggle and isolation.
